Our company entered the construction sector in 2005. Aiming to combine construction with quality, equipment and aesthetics. Today, we are experiencing the infinite honor of achieving this goal by gaining the trust of our valued customers and friends. In addition to housing construction in many regions of Turkey, especially in Adana, we continue our work on infrastructure arrangement.

In Adana, 2 blocks of flats, 48 residences and 6 workplaces on Türkmenbaşı Boulevard were completed in 2008 and handed over to their owners. OTO CENTER 1st Stage 100 Workplaces We Started to Construction in Adana in 2009 were delivered to their owners after 1 Year in 2010. Total Project Area (41.000 m2)

The OTO CENTER 2nd Stage, which we started to construct in Adana in 2011, 132 Workplaces were delivered to their owners 1 Year Later in 2012. Total Project Area (64.400 m2) OTO CENTER 3rd Stage, Which We Started to Construction in 2012 in Adana, 51 Workplaces, 1 Year Later, were delivered to their owners in 2013. Total Project Area (15.766 m2) OTO CENTER 4th Stage, which we started to construct in Adana in 2013, 10 Trucks' Sites were delivered to their owners in the same year. Total Project Area (8.627 m2)
